The Government of the Republic of Korea requires all foreign nationals entering the country to submit a negative PCR test certificate.

- Required for all foreign nationals entering the Republic of Korea via airline after 00:00, January 8, 2021.

- S/he failing to present a qualified PCR test certificate will not be allowed to enter the country.

The negative PCR test certificate must include the name of the traveler (as shown in the passport), the date of birth or the passport number, test method, test result (negative), test date, issue date and the stamp or sign of the issuing authority.

※ Starting from 20 January 2022, the PCR test must be taken (not issued) within 48 hours before the departure date. If the time from the test date to the departure date exceeds 48 hours, the test certificate will not be accepted.
